PADI Scuba Diving Instruction

Dominica is rapidly becoming one of the world's best scuba diving destinations and its marine environment is not only pristine, it is stunningly beautiful and dramatic.

Paul is a PADI instructor and teaches many recreational dive courses. He is also an underwater videographer. His personalised dive films are very popular with visitors and his promotional work is used in international dive shows. Scuba Courses

PADI Discover Scuba Diving - Either a one or two tank scuba diving experience from the shore or from a dive boat for people who have never done it before. You will learn the basics and have great fun, accompanied by Paul at all times.

PADI Open Water Diver - Entry level scuba diving certification course - the most popular and widely recognised in the world. Includes theory, shallow water skills, open water skills and swimming ability test. Duration approx 4 days.

PADI Enriched Air (Nitrox) Speciality Diver - Learn how to dive with Nitrox. Course includes theory and practical. Duration approx half day.

PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy Speciality Diver - Learn how to perfect your underwater buoyancy skills. Duration two dives.

PADI AWARE Fish Identification Speciality Diver - Learn how to recognise and identify those underwater critters. Duration two dives.

PADI Digital Underwater Photographer Speciality Diver - Learn how to take underwater photographs. Duration two dives, includes camera rental.

PADI Underwater Videographer Speciality Diver - Learn how to make underwater movies. Duration three dives.

PADI Advanced Open Water Diver - Enhance your open water dive skills with five speciality adventure dives. Duration approx 2 to 3 days.

PADI Rescue Diver - Add to your advanced skills by learning how to rescue yourself and other divers. Duration approx 4 days. Must be at least two students for this course. For certification, divers must hold a relevant CPR and First Aid training qualification. Paul teaches the Emergency First Response course.

PADI Divemaster - Entry level professional dive qualification. Must be taught in groups of at least four students. Duration approx 10 days.
